What documents are needed?

In order to become an ABBE approved assessment centre you will need to complete and submit an ‘ABBE Application for Centre Approval’ form. The ABBE Centre Operations Guide provides further details on how to complete this and also provides a summary of the information that is required to support your application. The Qualifications Handbooks and the ABBE Fees List are also a useful source of reference.

What is the process for approval?

When the application form is received by ABBE a subject specialist evaluator will contact you to arrange an evaluation visit at your premises. They will review your application and discuss your plans for development of the courses. The evaluator will then provide their recommendation to ABBE.

Once everything is in place, you will receive a letter confirming your approval.

How long will it take?
