ABBE Public Forum Now Available - The Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) have made available a public forum, dedicated to the discussion of award development and other related matters.

First centre to offer ABBE Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment - BRE Training has become the first approved ABBE centre in the UK to offer the new ABBE Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment. The qualification, which is the only one of its kind to be approved by Ofqual, certifies a practitioner’s competence in performing fire risk assessments, which are required for all types of business by law.

UK’s first Energy Assessor Expo a success for ABBE - ABBE, the Awarding Body for the Built Environment and the market leader in professional energy assessment qualifications sponsored the Energy Assessor Expo 2009. The event attracted a variety of professionals working within the residential and commercial property sectors, including surveyors, facilities managers and qualified energy assessors.
