This qualification is aimed at staff working in sales negotiation, marketing or junior management in a residential sales environment and has been designed in consultation with representatives from the industry.
It will be particularly appropriate to those learners who undertake, or wish to develop the skills and knowledge to undertake, activities such as matching properties to individuals, negotiating the sale of properties, undertaking market appraisals, producing marketing materials and conducting accompanied viewings.
On successful completion of the qualification learners can apply for:
- Membership of the National Association of Estate Agents
- RICS assessment of professional competence
