ABBE/PCA Level 3 Certificated Surveyor of Timber and Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB)

This qualification is suitable for those already involved or aspiring to become involved in the surveying of and remedial work associated with, timber infestation/decay and dampness in buildings.

Ideally, learners should have a building/trade background as well as some related skill, knowledge or experience. The course  provides learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, resolve and report upon problems relating to dampness and/or timber infestation/decay in buildings.

Important note: attending this training alone does not entitle an attendee to say/imply they have attained the CSTDB qualification, which can only be achieved by successfully completing the formal qualification via the CSTDB examination.

This qualification is only offered by The Property Care Association.
