Qualification Information

The ABBE Level 2 Certificate in Property has been developed to enable those working in residential property, either in a sales or lettings context to take a qualification which not only recognises their current skills and knowledge but gives them an opportunity to develop them further.

The purpose of the qualification is to confirm occupational competence.

On successful completion of the qualification learners can apply for:

• Membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents
• Associate membership of the Guild of Letting and Management
• RICS assessment of professional competence
