This is a competence based qualification that recognises the skills of those that may be working in Town Planning as support staff for local authorities and other public organisations, or as approved inspectors or working in private sector consultancies.
This qualifications provides a means of recognising the competence of members of the practitioner in general and are aimed primarily at support staff.
