Qualification Information

The ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Professional Sale of Residential Property qualification has been developed to enable those working in sales negotiation, sales management, marketing and other aspects of sales of property in a residential environment to take a qualification which not only recognises their current skills and knowledge but gives them an opportunity to develop role specific skills and competencies. The qualification is designed to cover all aspects of the job role, including the ethical implications of selling residential property.

The purpose of the qualification is to confirm occupational competence.

On successful completion of the qualification learners can apply for:

• RICS assessment of professional competence
