Qualification Information

The ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Professional Residential Property Letting and Management qualification has been developed to enable those working in lettings negotiation, property management, marketing or management in a residential lettings environment to take a qualification which not only recognises their current skills and knowledge but gives them an opportunity to develop role specific skills and competencies. The qualification is designed to cover all aspects of the job role, including the ethical implications of residential lettings and property management.

The purpose of the qualification is to confirm occupational competence.

On successful completion of the qualification learners can apply for:

• Membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents
•  Associate membership of the Guild of Letting and Management
•  RICS assessment of professional competence
